Turkey Chili

This couldn't be easier. Like many stew-y soups, this tastes even better the next day.

1 lb. package of ground turkey
2 cans of kidney beans
1 large jar of chunky salsa (preferable Hot)

Brown turkey in some oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Drain beans and stir in, then add entire contents of the salsa. Heat thoroughly, reduce flame to Low and allow it to simmer for a least one hour.
