For the sandwich:
2 thick slices Challah bread
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
6 thin slices of lunch-meat, baked or Bavarian ham
4-6 ounces fresh, lump crabmeat
2-4 thin slices Swiss cheese

Heat broiler oven. Combine honey mustard
& mayo.
Spread this mix atop slices of Challah. Place bread on oven-proof dish.
Lay ham atop Challah and broil for four minutes until ham is heated throughout.
Add crab and Swiss cheese atop ham. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.

For the coleslaw:
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
1/2 green bell pepper, shredded
1/2 small onion, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons celery seed
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt & pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill, or 1 tablespoon

Combine shredded vegetables in large bowl and toss.
In another bowl combine the rest of the ingredients for
the dill dressing and whip until fully combined.

Steve,
I just watched the Harbor Hog short that you have on Broadcast. I'm not much of a coleslaw eater myself, but I'm all over that Harbor Hog sandwich with lots and lots of crab, swiss, mustard and ham!! That sounds delicious! Keep on cookin'!
