One entry per person. With entry, clearly print or type your name, address, phone number, and original recipe marked "Spinach Recipe". Specify brands and recipe origin.

Entries must be postmarked by FEBRUARY 28, 2006 . E-mail entries must be posted by 11:59 p.m., EST, FEBRUARY 28, 2006.

Three winners will be selected about 30 days from the entry deadline, then notified by email. Winners must sign affidavit, release, and copyright assignment. The grand prize winner will receive an 18" round Chinese Chopping Block from John Boos & Company. Steve Blair and Pulp Kitchen editors will judge original recipes on creativity (30%), taste (40%), and practicality (30%)- ("judging criteria"). In the event of a tie, the tied recipes shall be rejudged against one another. Decisions of judges are final and may not be appealed.

Entries will not be returned. By entering this contest, all copyright rights of winning recipes belong to Pulpkitchen.com. We reserve the right to adjust winning recipes. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and hometown for editorial and promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law. The grand prize winner's name will be available March 30, 2006.
