Spicy Kale Stuffing and Ham

1 large pre-cooked ham
1 large bunch fresh kale
2 yellow onions
4 colves of garlic
a small dash of lemon
a teaspoon of crushed or powdered red pepper
a tablespoon of dill.
Cheesecloth or 1 clean, white T-Shirt

Combine in the above ingredients into a food processor.
You will be unable to chop all the kale
at once. Place mixture in a large bowl and continue
to blend the kale in the processor.
Stir everything really well in the large mixing bowl.
Take the pre-cooked ham and create large equidistant slices.
Stuff the kale in between the slices
and use remaining stuffing to cover the entire ham on top.
Take a cheese cloth and wrap the ham up tightly then cover
with aluminum foil. Essentially you
are steaming the pre-cooked ham with the kale stuffing.

Place inside a 350 oven and bake for an hour.
This dish is wonderful for holidays and dinner
parties. ENJOY!
