2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup canned corn kernels
1 cup canned lima beans
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups 2% milk
1 tablespoon dried parsley, 2 if fresh
salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender. Add corn and lima beans and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Stir in flour until it covers all ingredients. Add the cold milk and cook stirring well over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
Add parsley, salt & pepper.
