Homemade Coleslaw

Once you realize how easy coleslaw is to make on your own, you'll never eat store-bought again. Once you get the idea down, you can start improvising with different ingredients, too.

1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
1/2 green bell pepper, shredded
1/2 small onion, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons celery seed
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt & pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill, or 1 tablespoon dried dill

Combine shredded vegetables in large bowl and toss. In another bowl combine the rest of the ingredients for the dill dressing and whip until fully combined. Add dressing to vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
