Baked Corn
An old Mennonite standby.
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 T. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T. butter, melted, slightly browned
2 C. freshly grated corn (or frozen from last summer)
1 C. milk
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together, pour into casserole and bake for 35 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
