Orzo Pasta Salad
with Feta Cheese & Montreal Steak Seasoning


a pound of cooked orzo pasta
cup of chopped green peppers
cup of chopped red bell peppers
cup of chopped yellow peppers
cup of chopped orange peppers
cup of chopped cucumbers
cup of chopped bermuda onions
cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of lemon rind
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
several dashes of Montreal Steak Seasoning
.....perfect blend of spices

Mix all together....and viola!

Can serve either warm or chilled.
