Breakfast CasserolesFile these under the category of Set-And-Forget-It, these egg casseroles you assemble the night before and just bake the day of. The two versions below are simple and incredibly flavorful.
Spinach, Feta & Olive In either batch, place the starch (bread, croutons, tater tots) in a Pyrex dish first, followed by the other ingredients and finish by pouring in the beaten eggs.
