Chilled Soaked Oats

An easy and tasty way to start your day right by incorporating whole grains into your diet.

No cooking necessary.

in its simplest form
1 cup quick oats
1 cup of milk (skim, or soy, etc)

Stir together to blend. Add some kind of sweetener, if desired. Cover and chill overnight. Stir again in the morning, adding more milk if necessary to thin it out. That's it.

suit to your tastes
-stir in 2 tablespoons flax meal
-add raisin and/or nuts
-add fresh fruit like blueberries
